We're investigating an issue between Saxon House and Telehouse North. Customers may have noticed a brief 3 minute outage

The connectivity has remained stable and no more outages have been identified.

The connectivity 10G Wavelength provided by Virgin Media Business experienced a unscheduled DWDM equipment reload. We will continuing to monitor the situation for the next 24 hours.
