We're currently experencing issues bringing new linecards into service. We have worked with Nokia TAC and they've advised a software upgrade and reload. We expect the outage to be minimal between 5-15 minutes, only business FTTP traffic will be effected. We belive this outage will have minimum impact due to being carried out, outside of core business hours.

This outage will only effect customers on our XGSPON platform, customers fed by Ethernet will be unaffected.
