All directly connected services have been restored alongside upstream Tier 1 providers. We're currently waiting for LINX NOC to bring the 100G port into service. If your services are down, please email support@exascale.co.uk. We will keep this window open till our LINX Manchester port is back in service.

During this maintenance window the existing PE router will be powered down and directly connected circuits (Dedicated Servers, Backhaul, Ethernet, IP Transit etc) will experience downtime up to 1 hour while the new router is put in place and cabling moved.
During this window traffic destined for the Manchester Internet Exchange and Cogent Communications will route via Alternative paths.
